For over 30 years, the 49ers Foundation has remained dedicated to educating and empowering bay area youth. When they came to us, they wanted a donor wall that tied their love for football to their love of education and excellence - more than just names on a plaque. PMCS did a thorough sweep of the landscape of donor recognition installations and ultimately landed on the concept of a giant “Abacus” (a counting tool from ancient times) with football shaped “beads” loosely in the shape of a football goal post. Working extensively with installation experts and our in-house clients at the NFL we were able to launch a first-of-its kind interactive donor wall within the walls of Levi’s Stadium. Now, fans who go to games can come and solve problems presented on the LCD screen and create numerical representations of the answers while getting up close and personal with the donor names.
